I like Woodford Reserve straight up, but my favorite is 2 parts Maker's, 1 part Grand Marneir, and splash of REAL sour mix Shaken cold and served in a martini glass. Bourbon sounds too high end for me. I'm more of a beer guy but lately just do the vodka waters to try and be healthy. I work in a nightclub so it's pretty much rum,vodka,tequila,whisky then the flavoured sub hard liquors. |

Try a totally different route. Ride your hybrid or other bike. Ride to a destination (beach, etc) rather than "training". It is a real hurdle; just change HOW you ride for a while. In my case probably two; I think this is the second concussion I've had in a year (little over a year's) space. |
