I'm just not growing or learning anymore - and well, lots of reasons ps nice job on noticing my move to never never land! hehe I often wonder if I should move to the land of Oz but i weird out enough people with my time difference as it is... LOL yeah, that could be difficult! - just when I'm starting to figure things out I think I even leave you inspires on the right day most of the time - LOL |

This is a great job op although Philly (the central city) just totally sucks as a place to live. The Philly Eagles are the only NFL team to have their own criminal court in the basement of the stadium because the fans are SO out of control during the games LOL LOL - on the Eagles, I think.............. I've actually been thinking the same thing - is it bad if I say it would be nice to be able to go workout without having to worry about making dinner? Nope... if I dont cook food at home... nothing happens... I hate doing a workout and telling D to take something out of the freezer then getting home between 8-9pm and finding he hasnt done anything... Its impossible to get to bed before 10 if you have to go home, shower, change, get packed for the next day AND cook dinner... which then meanss morning workouts are out of the question.... I buy the food, put it in individual freezer bags for the week... no effort required just to pull it out! |

Look, in 6 years or so the youngest will be off to college and the freedom will be exhilarating, I'm sure. There's no reason to feel guilty. I try not to feel guilty about not seeing my children on a regular basis. Their personalities are basically formed, they are who they are... yes, I'm missing out on 'little things' but I'm also missing out on temper tantrums, colds, etc. LOL very true! |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: Nibbs XI spokes - 2008-01-09 3:37 PM I simply don't cook. In fact, I'm trying to move away from eating any sort of any evening meal at all. Smoothies, Sandwiches, salads, fruit salad with yoghurt are all easy options if you are lazy. There are also a few good frozen meals - you just have to be careful with the salt/fat/kilojoules and learn which ones taste good. You have to eat something!!! Especially if you are working out the next morning... glycogen replenishment = better training = better results |

When i had my own place Id get home at 8:30 and quite often just have toast or soup for dinner... or defrost something in the microwave and through it on the George... Funny when you are sharing you feel obliged to eat a bit more rounded meals than that... then again I also had no trouble keeping the weight off when I was living like that! |

The bike pic is a good action shot but makes you look like you are riding a horse, AND you are much cutter/cuter/etc. now. Post those leg shots. Seriously. Hot. 2. You got a really wonderful hot Blonde with nice legs. Your X got an ape. |
