Go Team Nads!! I actually met my goal this week, but I'll still be out there the next few days getting in a few more miles. I've registered for the Rock n' Roll Seattle Half Marathon for June. Since I've had a summer plagued with injuries, I've planned a nice easy paced 9-month training plan for it which starts this week.

Week 4 Results

* NADS RULE once again!

* Tomorrow is the last day!! Come on everyone, get as many miles toward your goal as you can!!

(What am I saying! I have a few more myself - which I will get done - I won't let you down Okras!)

* Remember that 100% is the highest you can go - unless there is a tie for 1st; then we'll look at additional miles run over the goal.

* Remember, log your miles by tomorrow night (Tuesday), Captains will report on Wed, and I'll post final results on Thursday.

* Please look over the spreadsheet for mistakes or omissions. Thanks!!!

* BTW - there are some running ANIMALS in this challenge. I'm impressed.

YAY, NADS!!!!!!!!!

I did it - 115%! Felt good to look at my Garmin and realize I was over for the month. A definite sense of satisfaction.

Not sure if everyone saw it, but there is a running challenge for October, too. Cat's got the sign-up thread stickied at the top of the forum. Hope to see everyone there!

Ran to work this morning with a backpack with work and exercise clothes in it. Almost all the way to work before I realized the backpack had opened and I was leaving a trail of clothes all the way to work.....

I plan to run home from work tonight and take the long way (got to get in those last few miles for the team !!!)

My goal was 75, so I feel pretty good about 99.38

I ran home from work (the scenic route). Pretty hilly. After increasing my mileage this month, I can say that my legs are pretty tired cramming in a second run today. Oh, and BTW, I found my missing underwear on the road from this morning's run ! BONUS !!

AWESOME job, Nads!!! That is so cool! Way to work together and stick with it.

Um, silly question, but I had 34.39 for September... not that it matters much since he isn't counting over 100%, but just wondering where the math got off.
