Champion 5117 Brandon, MS | Subject: RE: Proud Pink Peeps Mornin peeps. Great start, Sandi! Way to get riding early. Yanti, you always seem to be around when I'm looking to get some T.I.T.S. in None for me today, though. The schedule shows a 45 min run this afternoon. I do have an hour of spin therapy tomorrow after work that I can't wait for, though. To go off on a crotchety old man spiel: 75 and sunny on Sunday and Monday morning. Rainy and in the 40s today. What is going on here? I know we get some psycho weather in Mississippi, but 30 degrees difference in less than 24 hours is a bit ridiculous. Why can't it do this in August when it's 105 (and yes, I rode in that). |

Your right ok for running but that is it. To many people, especially the weekend and no hills. For my longer rides that are hilly I go out of town to Heber, East Canyon or out by Kamas. I have not tried Antelope Island but will once it gets warmer. And when the snow clears up Little Cottonwood and Millcreek. Other than those places I ride in town, Saltair and out by Toole. Ok, and the dreaded CT. gerald12 - 2008-03-03 4:21 PM lastcall2003 - 2008-03-03 4:16 PM I am too! Thats why I figured I better I get on it from day 1.gerald12 - 2008-03-03 5:14 PM I guess I should post and introduce myself to all my pink peeps teammates. As you can see I post tons! Well I am Gerald. Live in Utah, the Salt Lick, I mean Salt Lake area. Been involved in triathlon for quite awhile and love it. Got 8 races scheduled this summer with the big one being IMLP. This will be my first Ironman so just trying to get in a much training as possible so I suffer as little as possible. Which I am sure is wishful thinking. Done a few other challenges the last few months, swimming and running (hence the avatar) so excited to do a biking one. I was on a swimming challenge with Beth and she is a great motivator! As I see lots of you are also. Thanks. I promise that I will meet my goal for the month since I do not want anything to do with the cattle prod or pink whip! we're all very askeered of the pink whip and the cattle prod - especially the cattle prod! MOO!!! Oh sorry, I am getting on it TODAY (day 3). Right now actually. Hey Gerald... are there any good road routes you can recommend? And please don't tell me the JRT... For some reason I'm ok running there, but not biking. DOn't think it has enough hills for my taste. Thanks... Maybe if I get better I'll have to catch a ride with you... I like Millcreek, but as a mtn biker... the traffic in the canyons scares me, I see too many accidents up there... I did Heber Mtn a few years back, that was fun... I HATE the idea of loading my bike for a ride AND there's no way I'm changing out racks until ski season is over!!! I got too spoiled when I lived out in Cache Valley... never really used my rack until I moved to the "city."

Has anyone else had any success? Hi! Your data was automatically saved when you entered it. You don't have to do anything except type in the number. (I set it up this way. So you can just enter the data, and you're done!) Right now, it shows you at 6.8 miles, or 15% completed. Is that correct? I saw that pink leopard print bag. It's on my "to buy" list! OK, since you started it... it's kinda tough to see the pink speedplay pedals. I have no trouble spotting my bike in transition . And I have my eye on this for my next bike purchase, though it clearly needs more pink accessories (though the new women specific QR with lots'o'pink is speaking to me as well):
