Nancy - you're doing fine! Ask Beth (LastCall2003) what HER attempts at tables look like! (Put it this way, she messed it up so much once, that she had to PM Marmadaddy and ask him to delete it. The team thread was so messed up that it wouldn't even let her edit/delete it! LOL) Hold on a few minutes, and let me look at it.

Adding the background image is just one extra command. You just say: background="...." and instead of ..., you put the location of the image.

I write it in notepad.

Notepad allows you to see it as you type it in. But unlike Word, it doesn't add extra characters or mess up the quotes.

But -- CONGRATULATIONS! You had it 99.99% of the way done! I just did a bit of editing, is all.

If I'm writing a long table, on occasion, I'll highlight and CTRL+C (copy) it occasionally. Then, if I lose it, I can just hit CTRL+V and paste it back in.

In other words - yep, it's happened to me, too! LOL
