Your team spreadsheet is here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-DIO1UFQzVKQw&hl=en

Cat

Wierd that. When I tried it Caisse D'Epargne came up. But when I went to our page the link was the same as Cat's. Spooky. Wonder if she just linked the wrong one with the right address. Lets try

http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-DIO1UFQzVKQw&hl=en

Should work now.

Thanks, it does!

This afternoon I plan on getting some riding in.  Probably a short ride, may 10mi or so.  Tomorrow will be a slightly longer ride, 20+mi.  To make up some lost time I may ride the exercise bike on or both days to get some stages back.  I may have had a slow start but I will get what I said I would do.  I hope everybody is enjoying their biking and using there time thus far better than I have.

Alright, so 4th stage: 11.45 mi in 42min.  Not too horrible, plus it is one step closer.

Got my third stage in yesterday - a 2 hour ride.  I hadn't planned on being out for that long but I got a little lost on some country roads.  Maybe next time I should look at a map in advance instead of just winging it!

I finally managed to upload the photos I took earlier in the week.  It's no wonder I got lost out in the boondocks.  It's hard to figure out where you are when you're surrounded by nothing but this:

corn!

Sometimes I have to go looking for hills.  Out in farm country it tends to be kinda flat.

I love getting lost on a ride. There is nothing better than a long ride with new scenery. Ok there is one better thing...but that takes a hottie to draft off of and those are not always available. Good ride though.

I will be heading out for about a 75 miler maybe longer in and hour or so. I have decided I am going rain or shine but preferably shine.

Lets smash these goals. Go team Quickstep.

Stage 6: 20.8mi @ 1hr 29min

Doesn't the electricity charge affect your computer or HRM?

I can see some hills in the background

60 miles on Sunday. Some of the hardest grueling climbs I have ever done. 5982ft (1823m) of climbing. Next week I have to do 1200m's more (I think), in my challenge ride. At one stage I saw speed showing at 3.3mph. It was that steep.

OUCH that is a ton of climbing I am so jealous of the view in your rides. I need to go find some more back roads and get lost.

I am not sure about the charge changing the reading or not, I am sure it would a little, I will have to do some research on my Garmin to find out.

Those hills are the Rocky Mountains that you see.  I haven't gotten the guts to try any cycling through them yet.  I am working up to it.

Picked up my 3rd stage today. It was a short one, but I have to get in 13 stages. In the morning I am riding with a guy who is training for IMAZ. I am a sprint guy right now, so it's probably going to be pretty tough. I should get some good miles in however.

Let's keep it up!!

Well...I was gone for week one in Vegas but was back for week two finishing my fist week at 90.99 miles. Not too shabby. Looking forward to getting in some great rides this week, even though this week is a swim focused week according to my plan. I may have to get a couple of long trainer rides in there just to get in some miles. Everyone have a fantastic week!!!

Ok, so the commute into work today made stage number 7.  I am inching ever closer to my goal.  28 min for 7.2mi.  Nothing spectacular, but it is some riding either way.

Got my first ride of the challenge in this evening (and I think my first ride in the past 9 months or so).  A very slow 18 miles for 95 minutes.  I've got the next 3 days off work so I'm hoping to get a few rides in to get caught up.

Looks like everyone else here is kicking some serious butt.  Keep up the great work!!!

Well my ride is in the shop so I have been sporting the MTB again. This sucks. I am running a 5k race this Friday so I will probably run for the rest of the week anyway and have to kick some but this weekend and beyond to catch up. Glad to see everyone riding though.

My bike is ready at the bike shop WOOO HOOO. It seams I did quite a bit of damage to the bearings in my rear wheel so they had to replace them and true the wheel. But no more stinking MTB rides.

I like trail riding on it just not distance riding. Especially for this challenge. 300 miles is way more than I have ever done in this time frame so will be good to be back on the tri bike.

Our goals are getting there. Keep up the good work. I am going to bring my camera on my ride tomorrow so I will have some pictures for you guys.

Good luck.
