Well I finished my run!!!! The iTrain program is really great! I hate running and I was actually enjoying myself...its kind of like having a coach run with you...The music isn't popular music but its a good beat to help me get into a rhythm. 9km's!! It keeps getting easier and easier to make longer distances...no calve cramping or side stiches anymore (knock on wood)...maybe a half marathon next year IS possible!!!

I'm tired now...but the run was so FANTASTIC that its not really bothering me right now...eventually it probably will...

Ran a PR 10 miler on Friday ( was actually 9.8 miles ). Slow pace but the distance was my goal. Ahead of schedule for the month! Running 5k after work. Hopefully the heat advisory and the 91 degree temp will drop by then. Good news is the humidity is only at 53%...

Congradulations    May it be the first of many .

Vermont is beautiful .  I grew up north of there in Quebec.

Wow you ran long during the middle of the day . Tough  stuff.

Try weighting in before and after a long run  to see how water you lose through sweat.

1 lbs = 16 oz of water

Did an easy recovery bike yesterday...Feeling a little tired but probably going to go for a swim today...SLOWLY getting the percentage knocked off!!! Yay!! Need a few more longer rides and runs in there...going to try and keep to a "flat" course for a few though...well as flat as flat can be in the land of eternal mountains...

I better be in super riding shape when I get back to Edmonton (the land of the eternal flatness)...
