I was hurting a lot right up to the start of my last race...once my wave started I didn't feel a thing until the last half mile of the run.   

hey horniest melons! we're heading out for vacation tomorrow morning (hopefully it'll go better than hector's) i'm going to the beach. oh yeah. gonna do some beach running, and i'm taking my bike too, so i'll be able to jump up the numbers when i get back. yay.
i've been teary all day, the whole 9-11 thing. i've been listning to a radio show from a chick who was there and had video, she's a really good speaker, and there have been at least three times i've lost it, just since 3pm. ok sorry.
anyway, have a good weekend melons, i'll post some big numbers when i get back (actually i MIGHT have internet access out there, so maybe i'll be able to post whilest there.

Question 1

I was working out-will the wonder's never cease.  I swam a mile and a half in a 25 yard indoor pool-I did 80 stinkin' flip turns.

question 2: I'm freakin' awesome...at sitting around and doing nothing.   

I do it every day with at least one other person

I am sad that my computer chose exactly that moment to crash.  I guess that it is feeling a little overworked. 

I was hoping that you could work with it.
