Yeah - I just hope i dont fall asleep on the table... its going to be weird seeing her after so long! that will be strange I haven't kept in touch with anyone from HS TOPPAGE! Not too bad. Still a little stuffy and my throat is sore but I think I'll survive. I've been drinking hot tea with honey to help with the sore throat so I'm jacked on caffiene. This should help me get through the work night but I may not be able to sleep until next Friday. |

I hadnt really - especially as at 16 I left and moved back to NZ... but facebook seems to have meant Im back in touch with a lot of people all over again.. A HUGE proportion of whom are now married or engaged and some with children on the way... Thankfully the girl Im meeting up with is still single and came down here on holiday then decided she wanted to move to Australia so got a job over here that starts in a week.. Im not sure how she did the job recruitment from overseas but apart from that... it will be interesting to see her - from what i can gather she still drinks and parties etc which will be a bit of a contrast to my life but maybe we are still good friends? |

Master 1817 Lafayette, IN | Subject: RE: The Mysterious Dark Arts - l'acte 2 I went to my ten year high school reunion a few years ago. It was interesting to meet up with people that I hadn't seen in...well...ten years. For the most part, everyone was essentially the same. I ended up getting along famously with the same folks that I hung out with in my teenage years. So I'm sure you and your friend will still have plenty in common. |

You entered through a set of double doors - to one side was tables and to the other side a bar. Every single person (me included), came into the room and looked around...then headed straight for the bar! It's no wonder we had a good time. We were all snookered! |

I havent had the best luck... made one great friend not long after I moved here who moved away within the first year. There was the friend I got into triathlon with... who after one race got a new boyfriend and went off the deep end for awhile... In my old job I spent quite a bit of time socialising with the people i worked with too which made a huge difference as I didnt feel like I needed many other friends. But my two closest friends from then have moved on too! Then I was in a long term relationship so we had people we did things with... Im a bit useless... |
