haha I used to LOVE living by myself.. only problem is it doesnt help my antisocial tendancies!

Hi team! this is your ghostly super hero teamy! sorry for the disappearnce..made a trip home to spend with my dad who is not doing very well..this has been a long few weeks here! no time for online chatting or even logging! as you can see, I have been doing my daily workouts..some planned...and many not planned like the 7 hours of helping my niece move out of her apartment after her cheating boyfriend dropped all kinds of NO GOOD NEWS bombs on her! I have 23 hours of my 30 that I said I would be doing this month so I know I will reach my goals! wanted you to know that I did not forget you guys,...would love to be online chatting, joking and having fun harassing Phil....but will have to wait til next week when I get home! hugs to you all! and thanks for all your inspires!
