Well there goes a week no. 7 done last night after OWS still 90F at 10pm!  It was a slow shuffly plod rather than a run....but it's done.

Tonight's will be around 10pm it's stinking out there.

#150......6 miles. I can say, without a doubt, 150 never even crossed my mind when we started this. I was just looking to get back to regular running after a battle with PF. Here I am and now daily running is just something I do. Go figure.

You and a few others are my inspiration to keep it going...#38 for me tonight, 3 miles! I'm about to try something I've never done before...go soak in a hot Epsom salt bath! Muscle are a little sore, gonna see if this helps at all.

Let us know how that works out?  Be nice when the ocean is too cold to use this as an alternative in the winter months.

my opinion after my first go at it...the hot water felt good and loosened up my leg muscles for a little bit right after. The salt didn't do a thing and my legs are just as sore this morning. Hot tub, ice, ibuprofen are better than salt for aches and pains... That's my take on it anyway.

#109

Boring 1 hour on treadmill (I didn't even have music).   I literally just watched the time the whole run, then went on to 12 hour shift at work.  Its been a long day.

My streak may come to an end today, having some unusual muscle soreness/borderline pain up the side of my right leg the last couple runs. Something Ive never experienced in the past...we'll see how in goes today but if I was a smart man I would sit it out for a couple of days and live to streak another day.

#76 last night.  7 mile Tempo run on treadmill.  iPod battery died on the second mile... very boring.

Haven't started adding in swim or bike.  Need to soon as first sprint is 9 weeks out, but having so much fun running...

Day 443 with a mix of snow, rain and sleet out with a constant wind of about 20 mph, needless to say it was a cold wet run of 15.2 miles.

You know your body best but you may consider a slow mile or two. I know on my 440+ day running streak I have going on right now I have had some pretty good pain at different times that I thought were borderline injuries but I managed to run through them but slowing my pace and sometimes reluctantly cutting back on my miles. I guess it comes down to if you think you are injured and how how bad you want to keep the streak going. You have done great so far and there is no shame in taking a break, you can always start back up in a week or two.

Im gonna try to keep it going for a few more days, keeping it super slow and jut a 1-2 miles and see If it eases up any.

I started on February 4 with a 30 runs in 30 days. I am "accepting" a 20 minute run or 2 miles as my minimum. I am keeping it slow and steady and building for an awesome season this year.
