In fact, I'm trying to move away from eating any sort of any evening meal at all. Smoothies, Sandwiches, salads, fruit salad with yoghurt are all easy options if you are lazy. There are also a few good frozen meals - you just have to be careful with the salt/fat/kilojoules and learn which ones taste good. You have to eat something!!! Especially if you are working out the next morning... glycogen replenishment = better training = better results very good advice Cat! And maybe one day I will start listening to my own advice! |
