antti asu - 2009-03-02 3:40 PM making pizza is hard job! just mark it under misc. if it takes more than ten minutes! eh!?!

I started my day with a 5:30am relaxing swim...which ended up being a workout.

At school I had lecture, spent a couple of hours dibbling in the greenhouse and then spent an hour replacing the 6mil poly on the tunnel house.  Think of putting sheets on a bed...that is 100' x 20' and domed to 8' tall.  The old poly was sliced open to prevent the tunnel-house  from collapsing under the weight of the sudden snowfall over Christmas break.

so, that's one workout the whole day!

how has your day been?

Don't these people understand that we have carefully planned out training schedules? They should check with you to make sure they aren't interrupting a workout before they stick meetings on your calendar.

Maybe it would help if I started marking training time as busy on my outlook calendar.

I've actually considered marking lunch time as busy. They love to schedule meetings from 11-12:30, then I sit there the whole time trying not to let my stomach growl loud enough for anyone to hear.

Ooooooooh I hate that!  Hungry Neal is not a happy Neal.

Hi Heather!  Welcome to the insanity team!  I bet if you ask Beth real nicely she'll be more than pleased to add you to the table

i just miss my days in military - every lunch break badminton or indoor floorball - and lunch!!! well, those were the days...

Sounds fun!  I interned at a place one summer where we played sand volleyball everyday during our lunch break.  Fun, but I found it really hard to focus in the afternoons (probably from all the sweat

Hey there heather!

did I mention that my pizza is gluten and dairy free???  it was vegan as well...until I smothered it in pepperoni.

I just wish that I had remembered the mushrooms while I was at the store.

Hopefully this vegan cheese alternative actually melts...and tastes halfway decent.

I made up a salad with grated baby carrots, coconut milk yogurt and raisins.  It is yummy...sweet and tangy.

...and crunchy too!

I dislike my digestive system.   there are so many things that I can't eat...and several more are added to the list every year.  I think that by the time I am sixty I will be living on baked potatoes and rice.

thanks for the note...I am not sure if I will be doing the big climb.  I have been somewhat injured.  I think that 1311 steps could aggravate things.
