Between wedding plans, work getting busy and a bit of a mental thing that I am still trying to get my head around, I just totally checked out and shut down after I got sick for a couple of weeks. I'm feeling better on all fronts and, even though I took 3 weeks off, I am hoping that I can get myself ready for one last tri. Just have to remember that finishing is the goal... Good luck dropping off the face of the earth in October. Your challenge team will hunt you down, tie a pair on running shoes on your feet, and chase you down the road. LOL LOL - if I do disappear, that's probably just what I'll need.  I'll even let them borrow one of my tasers.... |

It was a good tough race, something that i will soon not forget!!! time for me to rest, it has been a long season!!! final results were 175/349 in 5 hours 55 minutes and 2 seconds, oh the irony of 5's, lol 2nd in Clydesdale 132/349 swim 26/349 bike and i slogged through the run 310/349 you were a great group of peeps and i will keep in touch Stay cool everyone and thanks for all the support and friendship!!!!
