dude, a hot guy just walked right by my window .  The odd thing is that I am on a second floor.

There are two good looking young guys redoing the siding on the building.

I guess I should keep my clothes on this morning.  bugger.

Pictures!

Um, of the guys. Not of you sans clothing.... ('Cause that would get this thread pulled realllllllly fast.)

I can't decide what to do today...

I should probably hit the pool.  Maybe a swim / spin brick.

Maybe wear some sun screen?

Nice red coloration there.....

mchally - 2009-06-24 9:10 PM I have a confession...

I don't know much about the tour de france.  Can you give me a rundown...

SUPERCAT!!  Your being summoned on your expertise here!

I know... but I tend to 'overdo' it so I need some boundaries...

You??? Go overboard when discussing the TdF????????

How about this, from the website:

Running from Saturday July 4th to Sunday July 26th 2009, the 96th Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and will cover a total distance of 3,500 kilometres.

These 21 stages have the following profiles:

10 flat stages,
7 mountain stages,
1 medium mountain stage,
2 individual time-trial stages,
1 team time-trial stage.

http://www.letour.fr/indexus.html

Also, if you get Versus TV, you'll be able to watch quite a bit of it.

No no no -- it was only meant to be a starting point. A springboard, from which you can leap into the air, and tell us all about the TdF and it's nuances.

So. It's just the "bikes" that you think are hot, huh? LOL

And it is even brighter today!  Not good.

It is especially bad in the center...It is rarely exposed.  All my other shirts cover that area-as do my swim suits and tri tops.

Did I mention that it wasn't particularly sunny that day?  It is always the overcast days that get me.

hehe - or not... you might give them some ideas....

The blinds were mostly closed, but...They may have seen me in a scant amount of spandex taking pictures of my posterior.  I was trying to get a photo for the pace booty thread in CoJ.    Laughing  The flash even went off a few times.  I considered asking one of my roommates to take photos for me, but I decided that it would be too cruel.     (they are both guys)

OK...dee's TdF info gets me in the right direction.  I want to model my goals after the tour...

How about this...
9 sessions consisting of

2 spin classes
1 horribly wonderfully hilly ride
3 partial school commutes...there are a stink'n lot of hills between my place and school...and seeing as how it is a 35 minute drive I will not be biking the whole thing.
2  other rides...spin or bike
1 triathlon bike-leg in a race at the end of the month

All rides will be at least 40 minutes in duration...unless I manage a really fast bike in my race.

I guess that will make it a time goal...
9 sessions totaling at least 6 hours.
