I think I've missed the last 20 pages... what ever happened to Beth's Nibbs Notes??? Umm Mr Men are awesome, Dee is having a rough time (cant decide if she is grumpy or stuborn), Yantis mum is getting better, Kendra is off to see the new grandbaby next week, Mel has Dave in town and trying to fit 48 hours into every day, Emily is finding her daily routine a bit repetitive, Beth has a bad start to theweek but its settled down....umm....who have I missed? mmm... I think you missed yourself... but no worries, I was just in your blog, and I get it your tired  hehe and Ive been riding my bike lots! ohh... bike update - I took the time (and advantage of work errand sending me to the right part of town) and brought my bike to reputable bike shop... turns out the other LBS was wrong and my rear derailler WASN'T bent and that my front derailler was too flexible and that's wh my chain kept dropping... haven't been on it yet, but hopefully now my chain will stay on and I will have ALL of my gears Thats fanstastic! Now hopefully you can get out to ride! well, I don't think that I will be getting "out" to ride anytime soon, but certainly getting back on the trainer... can you believe I even dropped the chain while on the trainer? |

I still blame it on 2 a day swim workouts - I can't to this day figure out how the h3ll he stayed awake |
