I want to model my goals after the tour... How about this... 9 sessions consisting of 2 spin classes 1 horribly wonderfully hilly ride 3 partial school commutes...there are a stink'n lot of hills between my place and school...and seeing as how it is a 35 minute drive I will not be biking the whole thing. 2 other rides...spin or bike 1 triathlon bike-leg in a race at the end of the month All rides will be at least 40 minutes in duration...unless I manage a really fast bike in my race.  I guess that will make it a time goal... 9 sessions totaling at least 6 hours. Sounds great Mel! I agree. That is a great goal. Way better than mine which is just sessions and mileage. And it's definitely way better than my goal (which doesn't even exist yet)....  |

First I need to make a dump run and then pick up a wisteria that I purchased via craigs list. My mom has been wanting one for quite some time. |

Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: Nibbs - XL I went by my school veggie garden and harvested some radishes and some basil cuttings. I am going to harvest various greens from my veggie garden(s) at my parents place. I will serve an amazingly fresh salad at my BBQ. |

We added a shelf in our garage that runs the length of the beam last week. Hopefully it will help with the storage problem in our garage. OUr problem with cars is, we have a 2 car garage and right now there are 4 cars and 2 motorcycles to park, along with 3 bicycle. LOL, not everything will fit. I insist that my car goes in the garage. The rest is up to hubby. |

He is going through some major heartbreak right now. My heart goes out to him. I'm trying to negotiate with the girl to get his stuff back. She got the locks changed on the apartment and has all of his belongings except for some of the clothing he had in the car. |
