I feel like I should be doing something even though everything that needs to be done is done .. do not enable me!!! more photos please! I did add 2 new photos to my photo blog from this mornings ride! Nice... almost makes me wish I lived in the desert. Except I'm not a morning person so I'd end up indoors in AC all the time... hah. |

I rode by 3 no trespassing signs but it's such a nice climb.....and I've never had anyone (all of the 5 houses) question me when I ride up there. In fact one guy was walking his dog and said "hi". I've seen many mountain lions on my rides. They've never bothered me. Now the coyotes and javelina and deer ....they are bold. Had a deer/mountain lion encounter that ended up with the deer knocking me off my bike mountain lion gave up on the chase (thank goodness) and scurried away. Deer ran off. I was left paralyzed with fear. I iz askeered of the deer. I can feel stress exiting my pores. 5 hours to central PA to pick up our daughter from a visit to my parents 1/2 way between the burgh and here. abut 90 minutes of traffic made the trip home less than fun. But the ladies are home (wife back from Boston yesterday) and all is good. Everybody's home and happy! |
