Lordy, I wish I was working out. I just got back from the worlds longest and most BORING PTO meeting. Know I know why I have never been to one before. I do hope NEVER to return. I must sit here and post pad with my glass of wine for the rest of the night to recover.

hmm yuo might need more than a glass... can I recommend the whole bottle?

Yeah, I'm confused by the whole one glass of wine thing. It sounds good in theory, you know, for your health and all. My heart must be REALLY healthy .

Although if Im drinking alone I always prefer vodka... preferably with lemon and lime in a Martini glass....

I'm a self-portrait pro. My best friend and I made a sport out of it in our college days. I have pages in the photo album dedicated to the "Emily and Audra" extreme close up shot. Now I'm always forcing The Dude to be in my self-portraits. "Put your head really close to mine so I can take our picture." He always has an exasperated look on his face in these photos. Wonder why?
