GOOD MORNING GHOULIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got 2 miles of intervals in last night. Tonight will be 3.5 miles in the cold and rain, I'm looking forward to it. where do you live???? i have an amazing small framed KUOTA bike now....it cost $3000 in 2007 and was upgraded to be approx 3500. We are selling it tomorrow in a yard sale for only $1500....it is carbon fiber bike and design profile aerobars...the only thing you would need is a pair of pedals! the guy who rode it was very small! it is a small frame! Nice bike! If you run across one of these bargains for a tall gal let me know  |

I spent the entire day yesterday buried in paperwork. Boo! But I can see the top of my desk now! Yea! Never did get to my run, though. Boo! Going to do better today. And I've made a pact with myself not to get that far behind on the piles again. Annoying to pay bills late because I just never got around to looking at them. It's just so easy to get distracted when the bike is sitting on the trainer right behind me calling my name... I need a training and housework challenge. Extra points if the bed is made before the run, bonus if all the bills were paid on time this month, etc. Would you notice if I put my bills on the pile, too? That is one of my least favorite things to do.  I have a few also! Don't forget mine! |

(or is that on the top?? im not sure when it comes to socks??) i usually wear smart wool to run/ride in. they keep my feet cool when its hot and hot when its cold. isnt that just MAGICAL?? how do they do that? just the plainjane ones, black. stacieb |
