Subject: RE: Run your azz off Ghoulies pt. 2!!!wgraves7582 - 2010-07-29 9:36 AM I had to change a flat on my mountain bike last night - it is pretty sad when a flat does not even phase you anymore. I just flipped the bike over, took the wheel off, took the tire off by hand, found the hole, patched it, filled it back up, put the tire back on, put the wheel back on, checked the disc brake alignment, pumped tire full, and put bike back.
I need to do a flat tracker like I did a commuter tracker just for kicks! Tuesday evening, when I was running, I went into town and around. While I was in town I saw a guy sitting on his front steps trying to change a tire using scissors. I thought that was kind of funny. I wonder if he was able to do it without poking a hole (s ) in the tube. |
