Trixie is tiny! She is a darling though. I met her while she was in SoCal--we had a dinner for her and to celebrate the people who'd done CA 70.3 the past weekend. She let me chew on that amazing calf of hers

Men, in particular, do not appreciate how difficult it is for women to do 60 pushups in a row properly - it requires a lot of upper body strength. oh, I'm at about ten. My friend Dave told me about the website-he is working on 60 this week. Someday I'll get there... |

If you do it a few times a week you will find you improve quite fast.. strength is like that ... regular stimulation and rest is what it will take for improvements... nothing more complicated than that when you simplify it! |

Push-ups are awesome for lots of stuff--they are great core work! Unfortunately, I can't do them because I have weak elbows and end up with bursitis |

I can do just about anything I put my mind to. When I do something I want to be doing, I do it well...really well. And I really like to nibble... I just need to find the right nibblee and then the nibblefest can begin. |
