Love it. Is that bad? Glad I did not click on that thread - I contemplated it but common sense took over  Here is my assessment of the situation: they type your blood they are not just typing for A/B/O rhesus. There are like 25 other antigens they are looking for, so they are looking to crossmatch with blood that is going to cause the least amount of immune stimulation. If you need blood NOW, they will give you O- naked RBC blood. If you don't NEED blood NOW they will take blood, test it, give you IV fluids while they wait and then give you blood. They can't give everyone O- naked RBC's because there isn't enough O- naked RBC's to give everyone. If you feel compelled to put blood type on your road ID, do it. At least it is a back up for confirmation if something screwy happens at the blood bank while they are waiting. Or if you are somewhere not CAN or the US/ center with good blood bank testing. Haha. Is it bad that I don't know my blood type? I am going to get a new road id with: If dead roll over so you can all kiss my AZZ - LMAO No, it's not bad that you don't know it. I only know mine because I've given blood a lot. |

I could do almost everything I wanted to do on my phone, except post on BT. |

I just looked it up. I'll stick with the foam roller. I was sitting on a golf ball a few months ago, because of my piriformis issues. My daughter came over and plopped down on my lap. TALK ABOUT PAIN!!! |
