I will be working the same job at the same place but a new company got the contract. They were just going to pay me what my old company did, at an hourly rate, with no benefits. I told the HR lady I wanted to talk to someone about that. I never had a chance to negotiate my contract, everything happened so fast. She took me across the hall to one of the big bosses. I explained to him how my old company had lied to me and screwed me out of my paid time off. I told him I had had 3 weeks vacation previously and that's what I was told I'd get, but I didn't. He told me that they want to be a better company than my old company. He said will you be happy with 3 weeks vacation and holidays, I said yes. 5 minutes later I had a new offer letter. I also get sick days. WOOHOO!!! I had to go take a drug test then and I successfully peed in a cup without getting any on my hands. WOOHOO!!! Then to celebrate I talked my husband into letting me get a Great Dane puppy from his niece. She wanted $500 for them, she told me she wouldn't take my money I could just have a puppy. They have already had their shots so I told her I would pay her for those. I'm getting a puppy that I have always wanted. WOOHOO!!! |

Fitting Tom - that movie was great but I am sure Melindy does not like it and Nekkid has not seen it - Aaaarrrrrrooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Give me some paw!!! That movie is a classic. I got my wife to watch it after years of making fun of her for not seeing it and she had the gaul to "not get it." Grr... I have seen Space Balls, a long time ago. It was funny! |
