Hi! Its 1.30pm here on Thursday - I'm sitting at work finally working my way through ALL the posts. I'm on page 34 now! I am determined to read every single one!!! Luckily its a bit quiet at work today. I don't want to say that too loud incase a disaster walks through the door LOL Well its 3:30 here and I thought Id let you know that so far the afternoon is looking chaos free
Thank goodness!!!!
OK I am sick of missing it so I've edited in TOPPAGE!!!! Next time I'll get it without the edit! Edited by eurydice79 2008-11-05 10:44 PM |

How did you go with the compression? I find it REALLY helps!
Which ones do you have Magda? i LOVE my 2Xu race suit so Im thinking of going that way but it is a bit pricey...
I have 2 pairs of Skins long leg compression tights. I bought one pair on special for I think $120 or something like that, the other pair was a birthday present I've heard some people say the 2XUs are better. I'm pretty happy with the Skins Im not sure I could sleep in them but Id be willing to get the calf compression thingys and see i they let me run... all my run workouts at the moment are walks so I want to start running but Im a bit nervous with all the trobule...
Might just be a good mental thing..
Maybe just keep an eye out for when they're on special? Or hint very heavily around birthdays and Christmas time LOL!!! LOL - I dont really have anyone to hint too!!! |

She lives about 20 blocks away and we've been trying to meet up for awhile. We had a good time. It's funny how you can meet up with someone from BT and feel like you're instantly friends because we already have so much in common. Don't you just love BT? I do! I do!!! Then again Ive only ever met one BTer but Im sure that will change at some point!
If I'm ever in Sydney I'll look you up! Thats probably not going to be for a while though |

I've made friends with a few here in NYC and a couple from other states. I always love a BT meet up. Well there arent really any regulars around Sydney I guess.. Im always open to hang out with anyone who will have me! Im thinking of cutting my USA trip down to just a few places and make people come to me... then I could potentially do the trip in a shorter (and cheaper) space of time.... that would be gooood ! |

Dark alcohol I can stomach for awhile. Really? Vodka is teh ONLY form of alcohol where Im not a glass and a half girl... That's a lot of people, but for some reason, I can drink more bicardi 151 than any clear alcohol. Johnny Walker and I have been known to have very long conversations. Jack Daniels is right up there in that group as well.
I'm also a dark alcohol drinker. Bourbon, usually Maker's Mark. Yum. I drink it on the rocks mostly and if I'm feeling cocktaily I'll have a Manhattan.
LOL when I was visiting Manhattan earlier this year I wanted to ask for a Manhattan but I was too embarrased incase I would get laughed at for being a stupid Aussie tourist LOL! Whats actually in one of those BTW? It's bourbon, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters. Yum yum yum! Not touristy at all, it's kind of an old school classy cocktail. And it packs a punch.
Sounds good. I'll have to whip that one up at home sometime |

After struggling to lose weight for years and finally dropping 20 pounds this year, I usually have to pass on all of it as well. Sigh. But the 100 calorie packs help. I can eat three little cupcakes and it's not terrible. Of course if I get drunk and eat 6-8 packages that's another story!
Yay for your weight loss! WTG! |
