You do NOT want me to be ticked off at you during my Aunt's visit. Surely DH knows this after 10 years of marriage...but apparently NOT! He came home LATE and immediately went upstairs and changed into this martial arts uniform and left for a new martial arts class that he didn't tell me he was going to!!!!!!!!!!

He BETTER be home by 7:30 p.m. 'cause I'm going riding until it turns dark outside!!! Gggggrrrrrr........

dcrunningdiva - 2008-06-25 8:54 PM Well, I FINALLY got to go for my ride tonight and I not only rocked the 110% but I rode at a pace of 17+ mph!!! I had to get back before it turned pitch black outside!

Way to go Tracy! Good ride and reached 110% in your 2nd event. Keep raising that bar for us all.

Hopefully I will join you at this level today since my commute ride home this evening should take me to 110% also and I have already amanaged 110% in the run.

However....the swim is a bit embarrasing at the moment.....but please feel free to harrass me to death to get this going. Went to pool a couple of times this week with the kids, but got no real swimming done. Need to fix that.

Going to try and go and swim on break from work today and again tomorrow....that should help. I can't wait till the local pools start opening longer hours because the Noon-6pm schedule is sucking at the moment for me. The new local aquatic center will finally open the main lap pool on 7th July and go to 6am-8pm hours......almost a month late!!

WHAT???? you mean that you are not swimming laps with the kids on your back??? SHAMEFUL!!!

I wanted to say that I am sorry that I have not been jumping in with all the chattiness in the thread. I have not been myself lately and am in a BIG funk!  I have been able to keep working out, and have been able to reach 110% in all my goals....even in swims!?!?! I thought is was because I have been sick with a respiratory cold most of this month....but it goes deeper then that!!

This has been a really tough month for me! and I think it is time to take a break from BT...

with that said, I wish each and everyone of you much successes on BT and with your training....and whatever you do....stay the heck away from "THAT FUNK" it is a doozy!

GO TEAM! I am really sorry to let you guys down.

GPOL - I am sorry you are in the funk. Thankfully I found my way out of my running funk. Now I just need to get out of my marriage and spiritual funk and I'll be good to go!

Just remember - low numbers in swimming = photo of you in a speedo...and I'm talking the old men who shouldn't be wearing speedo's on the beach type of speedo - not today's "I'm a cool surfer boy wearing my speedo" speedos!

I forgot to bring my lunch with me this morning to work and then went for a swim on my lunch break and cafeteria was closed when I got back so I have still not eaten......

......then I log on to check what everyone is up to today and I see THOSE pics.......this is sheer torture.......

Love the pics, Tracy!  All the talk of Nutella had me digging in the pantry the other night.  Nutella located and spread on an english muffin.  Delicious!

I've had such a crazy week this week that I've not been very chatty.  But minus a few minor setbacks I have been training.  Almost 100% in all three sports.  Hope to achieve (or at least get awful close to) 110%.

Alright - enough chatty.  I have to get some work done so I can go for a run.  Humidity is above 80% right now - should be a fun run!
