We used to have a massage ball roller that was two balls on an axle with a wooden handle in between.  Yes, it looked just like what you are thinking.

Nope that's what makes it even worse it is a self inflicted torture.  It is rolling a frozen golf ball under the heel of your foot while maintaining as much downward pressure as you can without passing out from the pain.  It's used to treat Plantar fasciitis.  The fact that I did it last night after rowing practice which always seems to exacerbate it did not help any either.  I really need to get some cans of tomato paste, maybe that will hurt less.

My boss is out on vacation so there is a bright side to the day.  My chest is a little sore/stiff from yesterday's workout and Godzilla called me weak and Princess.  I need to beat him I think.  Other than that stuff I am hanging in there through another day. How is the animal farm treating you?

I am a fan of underwear.

No matter how much structure and "work" I give Phoebe, she's given herself the job of barking at everything at night ... "Drug it up and put it in a box!"

When I went to Melbourne, I realized I didn't own things like underwear and real shoes (not flipflops or runnies) ... I wound up wearing tri shorts under my jeans most of the time I was there. Warmer, anyway.

We used to have a dog that required a dose of Robitussin decongestant each night.  One of the added bonuses was the tranquilizer effect.

I am kind of anal about this, hopefully a hot SUIT doesn't show up here in the office and wants to corner me in the conf room and rip my clothes......it could happen its RIOW :-)
