I'd do this challenge, but since I ride my bike everywhere it'd be way too unfair to the rest of you. Cool The only time I drive is when my Quasi-GF and I do errands together on the weekends and/or go out to eat during the week.
just sit her on the handlebars, im sure she wouldnt mind.

Well, I made 26 commutes May through Aug. This is much lower than I planned, but still >800 miles I would have driven. Now, I need to take my daughter to pre-school, so at best, I can ride in twice a week. I'll still ride as long as I can remain motivated.

I tried that, but my wife doesn't like the idea of the 10mi ride on public roads in a trailer. Apparently she doesn't mind if I get smashed, but absolutely, her little girl can't. Maybe the insurance policy has something to do with that I would love to see the look on the faces of people if I'd pull up on my bike and trailer.

I keep telling people I am going to adopt some younger kids so I can buy a trailer or a tandem hookup for some extra mileage.  My kids are too old and the wife vetoed the grocery getter idea I had.

I hate the waking up part, but love the feel of riding to work at 5:30 am.  It is so quiet and peaceful!

I've ridden to masters a few times. During the summer they offer a workout at 5am in an outdoor 50m pool. It is absolutely incredible. So, I'd leave my house at 4am to get there. In the 15mi ride there, I'd see about 5 cars total. Problem was I'd have to go to work afterwards

 

Tomorrow is a ride day, as long as it's not raining in the morning.
