I guess the fact that no one else posts here means that you are all out training.

I suppose that's a good thing.

Go Canucks!!

gotta admit that I am stuggling with this challenge.  Definitly set some high goals for myself.  I'll keep working away at it though.

Congrats to all who have completed

I've been working 7 to 10 all week and it doesn't look like it's going let up anytime soon, so you have someone else with you sinking the ship...

Its headed that direction, but I may be able to pull it off yet.  I just did the math and I have completed my run portion, I have 160 mins left on the bike and 63 mins left in the pool.  So its doable.  Saturday is a total write off as I am moving that day, Sunday I have the 5k, so I've got tonight and tomorrow, and maybe a few mins on Sunday if I really really need.  Speaking of which, I am heading out to go for a ride

hehe thanks.  I am back now.  Cut my remaining bike time in half.  Only 80mins left to go (Steve correct me if I'm wrong, math it not my thing)  Discovered that I'm not a fan of wind or road kill, glass kinda sucks too.  Get out there team and lets get this done!!

Well, I got another 2h5m done on the bike last night.
I still have 51 minutes to go for my bike and 123 for my run.

I'm gonna run tonight and Sunday which should complete the run.
Saturday is a writeoff. Wife has me booked all day, plus it is a scheduled rest day, and I feel like I need a rest day.

That last hr of bike time might be tough, unless Sunday becomes my first BRICK.

Go Canucks!!

Hello my fellow crazies,

Progress thus far:
Bike: 435/480 90.6%
Run: 398/480 82.9%
Swim: 326/420 77.6%
Does 10K count towards goal? Got one tomorrow and it should help me hit my running goal. Plan to swim on Sunday, so at least we will see something with a 9 handle.

Good luck everyone!

ok guys this is brutual.  Toughest challenge yet, but I want to complete soooo badly.  My plan for today is to do 1/2 of what I have left.  And then cross my fingers that I'll finish off on Sunday.  Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and I could really use a tea.  But of course I have already packed and moved my tea to my new house... so thats my motivation for getting to the Y this morning.  I am going to stop at Tims on the way home and get a tea.  Busy day ahread of me, just gotta plow through it.

Great to see all of the positive posts here this morning! Yes it is a tough challenge - that's good - it's meant to be!

Finished my swim this morning (2000 meters) giving me 14,025 meters for the month. Treated myself to a Starbucks Coffee this morning to celebrate...

Have about 10k to go to finish my run - if I can find about 2 spare hours this weekend then I will go out for a 23 km bike ride and follow it with a 10k run. Otherwise I will split my bike and run into 2 separate days.

Way to go you Crazy Canucks!

OK.. good news, I ran a 10K yesterday. Bad news, I caught a cold. Guess that's it for me for the April challenge. Total minutes/goal minutes = 1231/1380 = 89% complete.

Thank you, friendly neighbors of the north, for letting me join in.

Hope you get over your cold quickly Denise. Thanks for joining us!

How's the rest of my team doing? I'm just back from my 10k run to finish off my month. Swim 100%, Bike 100%, Run 100%.

Yet again it has to be said that these challenges are great motivators to get me out the door. We had gorgeous weather yesterday (Sunny and plus 22c.). Would have loved to have gotten in a bike ride and run but it happened that this weekend was our annual garage sale with some neighbours. So I thought I'd get up and get my bike ride in this morning. Woke up to wind and rain which later in the day turned into the odd snow flurry (Crazy Canucks). So I didn't get my bike ride in but the challenge did give me the incentive to get out the door for my run.

Thanks Team Canada! I'll update the spreadsheet later tonight.

Well, it looks like I am not going to make my bike goal.  The rain kept us from riding today so we did a long swim instead...with a race in 6 days, I don't think now is the moment to crank out two hours on the trainer.  I'm not done yet, but I'm not guessing two hours is going to happen...
