well, this was actually employee A, she's reported to me for over 8 years - so this will be tough

I ended up not telling her - we were in the middle of a very crowded restaurant at a very non-private table, it didn't seem like the right place to do it

It did feel good!  I am very excited - I emailed a few questions to the recruiter and waiting for answers back, no deal breakers, but nice to haves

Hector - while you are at it...you should ask for a nice NEW tri bike, a trainer, a new pair of tennis shoes, heart monitor, garmin, trainer, dreadmill, membership to the most exclusive gym in town, a case of bandaids for the blister team.
