I probably won't get any T.I.T.S in this week, I need to make sure I get over this nasty stuff, but - March is  a long month, so never fear, I will make my goal!

Ha ha... depends which part of the trail!  My favorite SCT ride ever included hitting the Bushy Mtn. tunnel on a hot summer day after a steady rain.  It was getting close to dusk and the tunnel, since it's always so cool in there, was full of fog.  Awesome.  *SIGH*

woo hoo!  Excellent spin therapy tonight.  Strength rides rock.  It's the steepest hill around where I live.

My forward seat post and tri saddle came in today, too.  Time to go do a little bike tinkering.
