Oooh you should! Tried it for the 1st time last year! It's SOOOO cheap to rent on here. $18 for the 1st hour and then $6 for every hour after that. There's a place near where I run/bike too! Always really quiet near where they make the Boeings. You seem/hear them sometime taking off. Whooooosh. |

It'll just say Yoga/Kayaking on the spreadsheet, with a goal of 4 hours. Is that OK? And Kurtisan - I've got your goals added, too. Dee My goals for June. I am spreadsheet illiterate - no seriously.

Veteran 232 Rio Rancho, New Mexico | Subject: RE: Totally Nutty Triathletes (TNT) Hi there fellow chatty Nutella freaks, I thought I better check in on this team since I made a request to be on a chatty team for the first time, so I guessed that there would be a lot going on before the 1st of the month.....but my god......this is nuts (pardon the pun....LOL) So after spending half an hour or so getting caught I up, it looks like we have a really fun team and a chatty month ahead. I will try and keep up and feel free to harass me relentlessly throughout this month....I usually need it and always deserve it. I am a fellow Nutella freak who had not even thought about this evil delicious stuff in ages until I went into a local import store the other day and picked up a jar.....and then ditched it before I got to the checkout when I started to feel guilty about the fact there was a good chance that my old addictions may come back quickly and I could finish the jar in just a few days.....and now I land on a team that keeps talking about it......arrgghh. The only thing stopping me leaving my desk and going back the store to pick up a jar right now is the fact that I rode my bike to work and store is quite a bit away. But I may well make it there before the weekend is over......(Be strong Kenny....be strong..) Still working on my goals for the month. Need to crank up the bike and have a couple of 10ks and possibly an offroad sprint tri this month. SHould have goals in by tomorrow. Good luck all |

Favorite ice cream is probably.....hmmmmm.......any cold one.......and there is a Cold Stone about a 5 min walk from my work and that new peppermint patty one sounds good. ...looks like I might get both fitter and fatter this month on this team with all the food talk.... Just did my first tri last month and am training for an Oly in Sept with several other tri's and runs between now and then I am married with 4 kids and a 5th on the way (I can't believe it either, but there you go)and come from a background of sitting around eating my wife's wonderful cooking and watching good movies....but all that has changed in the last 6 months. And the way the post rate is going here I am sure we will all find out more about each other, weather we want to or not, during this month |
