At least you're in the position to get it to move more quickly through the water.  I'm more at the just get it to move through the water at all stage.  The fastest I go through the water is when I jump in.

I'm in. 10 swims for the month. I really need to get consistent in the pool. And I'm hoping to join the master's group at one of my gym's pools, too. (Altho, I'm a leetle afraid...)

I'll join the swim challenge with a goal of 12 sessions.  I need to get back on track after being lazy and not swimming for 6 weeks (beginning of March and going into April).

OK...I will have you know I just got back from the damn pool......and SHAMPOO is important!!!!!

Soap is also important. But we have not actually discussed soap. Or carwashes.

I would like to not smell like chlorine. That would be nice. I would rather smell like ...I dunnno a lemon or a cala  lily or maybe even a chocolate chip cookie. But not chlorine. Cause it stinks.

I think that shampoo is over-rated.  If you let your hair get greasy, and don't wear a swim cap, wouldn't it help make you more aero because your head grease will help you by decreasing your drag?

And I for one, think chlorine smells sexy.

And if you avoid both shampoo AND soap.... well, you may even have a lane to yourself.

Work's actually busy tonight.  Which is obvious since I'm still posting...

I wonder if the no soap or shampoo thing is why I always get a lane to myself, and nobody ever works out near me at the gym?

Perhaps that is why your avatar keeps running away in panic??

A good way  to showcase one's assets in  dramatic fashion  .

My  Goal for the challenge  will be 12 sessions (min 15 mins of swimming ) , That is a  whole  lot more than anytime this year and will set me up for Olympic Distance in a good way .

I'm gonna go with 10 swim sessions. Normally it would be around 7 so I'll be forced to get to the pool more often instead of coming up with excuses
