Let me know how that goes.  I was thinking about adding the protein powder as well, but all I have is chocolate.  I didn't want to ruin a good thing

"Raising Hand" for Gabbing Gobblers.  Didn't see Tasered Turkeys offered up.

I have some vanilla hemp protein that I like, so that might work with the cherries.  Will mix up another batch next weekend and let you know what I think.

Well, we'll just go with "Gabbing Gobblers" for now.

I think this is the first month in about a year that my team name didn't include a reference to a taser though. LOL

Oh, I'd arm the turkey's with tasers every time.  They're awfully dumb but still on the cute side.  Tofu is on the menu here more nights than not.

Ok, I'm good with Gabbing Gobblers but couldn't help but think of 'Turkeys Armed With Tasers."  Dee, I'm sure you can find a good visual for that.

BTW, Universal is replaying results from 2004 Kona.  I know Norman S wins, but I can't help keep cheering for Faris.  If Stacie were on-line we'd be starting another Faris Fan Club Chat.

Yeah, just what we want -- a bunch of dumb turkeys running around armed with tasers....

Never!!  After all, you are the Taser Queen!  It is probably reckless to arm the Turkeys with Tasers, but hey, trying to even the odds.  Your humble gabbing gobbler, K.

But don't forget my Cattle Prod collection. That's quite nice, too.

AH Hmmm *clearing throat for effect* Your team last month....you remember the E.V.I.L. Running Reapers...the one I was on with you.....were taser-less...

Maybe that is why we lost!!!

BTer and Tri coach Jorge posts a winter training program. It went up today under a challenge me thread as Increase your cycling power or something like that.  It runs 14 wks or so and uses either watts if you have it or heart rate.

I did it last year with my spin class and saw a nice bump up in my power.  It did translate into faster speed on my bike this summer.

Hm. That's true. But we were E.V.I.L. so I let it slide.

But you could be right. Perhaps my teammates need constant TASER TAPS to keep their motivate levels up.

So. Do you think I should go around tasering everyone? Or maybe I should just use the Cattle Prod? It does seem to get the cows' attention....

Course now that I am going back to work to make college tuition money I am allocating a little slush fund for a new bike too!

Gonna buy me some speed AND do Jorge's plan.
