I'm pretty pumped that I finished at my goal "race pace" even with all the hills around here. Thank you, all of you, for helping me to get to over 56 miles this month - more than 15 miles more than my previous monthly record. You have all been very motivating, and I know for a fact that there was more than one day where I'd almost talked myself out of a run but I didn't want to let you guys down. Congrats ... Way to go on the mileage Thanks very much Dee, and right back at ya! It's been a blast! |

I left Dee a message on the spreadsheet asking to remove him...but I think that as a team we can make a decision...do we remove him or adjust to the week he was here??? ok...gotta goooo to my girlfriends for a BITCHY WITCH party! happy halloween all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use my photo enhancer that came with my camera...lot of times when you go to download your pictures it will ask you what size when you are starting the download..or there is a prompt at the beginning of the download....there are also some sites that are online...not sure which one is the most user friendly here is a link I found:
