It is the determination to do it... In the same situation as you... wanna get down back down to what I weighed a couple years ago. only about 15 pounds to lose... just gotta find the determination to start eating right. I've got the exercise under control just not the eating healthy. If you don't mind - I am going to add you to my friends list. Maybe we can try to keep track after the challenge is over. I know I can't cut cals to bad since I am trying for a half mary mid nov but after that it is on like donkey kong - just hoping I can make some movements down before that so I am on board with it after the half. I'll add you to my friends list too. Always great to have someone to motivate you! Or in my case kick me in the booty when I don't want to be good. |

We went over different tests for the data we're collecting for our project... all stats stuff, I hate stats! Next up is Spanish, hoping to get my test back. My teacher's not very good at keeping up with grading. |

I've been in sentencings before including murder cases - but this one is going to be pretty emotional for all parties I think. Sometimes it gets to me looking at the pictures and all. I'm gonna hit 100% on the run Saturday and should hit 100% on the bike Sunday. I need to keep this up.... anyone know if there's gonna be a challenge next month besides the Crappy Winter Weather Challenge? I live in SC so it wont get cold here for a while and its never gets really cold anyway so I don't think its the best challenge for me. |
