[hangs head] I walked the rest intervals. Hmmm..... Nothing necessarily to be ashamed of, it's not uncommon, anyway. I was mostly teasing. Although, if you have to walk the intervals, I'd opine that you might be pushing too hard on the sprints. Someone else may weigh with a differing opinion, but I think you're better with a slow jog than walking. Oh... I'm just playing around. No, actually I walk maybe the first third to half and then jog the rest. Joking about running? *gasp* |
