So we went to IKEA to grab a new 'window' covering for the new patio slider...after an hour and close to $200 later, we come out of there with 2 new lamps and new wall picture frame. But IKEA's cool...

Ikeas dangerous! I admire people who can get in and out of there efficiently.. its just seems to keep going on and on and on!

I agree, I hate ikea. You almost have to go through the whole maze just to get out. Smart move on their part but i dislike it very much.

off to my last meeting of the day

these meetings are interfering to much with our BT time. LOL I go in for half a day tomorrow and that's just to deep fry some turkey's for our luncheon. Then no work till the following monday. Oh yeah i was off yesterday and today, life is good.

Wait you fry turkeys? Like fries? Seriously?

My buddy is the cook but he is teaching me tomorrow so I can fry one up on thursday. I fried one last year and it was ok but I'm looking forward to some expert advice.

Fair enough... I always thought you had to either roast or barbeque a bird!

I use to stick it in the oven till I tasted a fried turkey and i have never gone back to anything else.

Okay the two evaluations are done and in the mail to be approved. Yahoo. Now I can enjoy my holiday.

Off tomorrow, cooking and playing tennis. Oh, yeah, I guess I better get some running in also.
Thurday - bike ride on the Silver Comet. Dinner at friends house
Friday - hubby is making me go phone shopping with him.
Saturday - back to the library and the mountain of books that will have come in over the two days that we were closed.
