hey melon-y melons.
how are we? i still haven't updated my log, or the spreadsheet, but i will today so we get our numbers in for the month.
had to take the "baby" to the dr yesterday (i put baby in quotes because i always call him the baby, but he's actually creeping up on 2) thought he had pneumonia (again) but no, as of yet it's still just a viscious cold.
that's my world in a nutshell just now. how are all of you guys? is it picture time yet?? i could use a little eye candy

But I believe they had one TAN named "TANgent."

Whenever they get to close to 100 pages, they have to abandon the current thread and start a new one.

On this forum, we have Nibbs. Nibbs came from a challenge team last November: "They Who Shall Not Be Named", aks TWSNBN, which got shortened to just Nibbs.

Unlike TAN, Nibbs is generally about *something.* But I sure can't figure out exactly what.

Everyone is welcome to join the conversations on Nibbs and/or TAN.

If all goes well, I'll be putting in a 20 miler tomorrow. I feel like I have to plan for these things more than races themselves.

And some random thoughts as I catch up on the thread...

Thanks for the "Nibbs" info - I didn't know that. WIll have to check it out.

As for some of the depression/lack-of-exercise thoughts, I recommend working out with others. Join a club. There's always SOMEONE who can pick you up. And if you still feel like crap, then you skip the run and hang out and chat and hear about everyone else's problems and end up feeling better. Or maybe it's just the beer.
