Steve...I mean Legs.....time to get to that pool and swim for an hour and a half...remember you have two days to do that....so either split them up or swim swim swim in one day...we also need you to run to and from the pool! Only 8 miles to get you to the 100% mark..and 15 miles and you will be at 110% GO STEVIE GO!!!!

Barb....just a short distance in all areas for you....go get em girl! we need you to pump up these next few days and get those runs, bikes and swims up to 100%...YOU CAN DO IT! GO BARB GO!

Me...I have to still get a little in all areas...to get to 110%. Planning on a bike ride and a swim today and tomorrow - I will get my last run in....unless I get sick or injured, I should be hitting 110% by the deadline.

Emily....you are so close to reaching 110% in swimming and biking...and if you run 45 minutes today and 35 tomorrow...you will be up to 110% in your runs....so what do you say....how about a few runs today and tomorrow? and while you are out...stop by the pool and do a quick swim!

kurtiskaun....FUNKY MONKEY....you had some really high goals and you have almost reached them! GOOD JOB! hoping you can get in a few long runs and a long bike ride to get you up to the 100%....and hey, if you want to go and jump in the pool and swim a few more laps...we would love you for that, too! go FUNKY MONKEY! Kerry....I have been updating your spreadsheet and hoping you are lurking about...since you have been our silent teammate from the get-go...how about two forty five minute swims (one today and one tomorrow) and a 15 mile bike ride...to and from the pool!?!? then you will be at your 100% mark! Klauser....Todd....you are a work out machine! great job on all the varying workouts...you just have one more run and one more swim to get you to 100% and if you can bike today and tomorrow....you will be at 100% in biking, too! Are there people asking to lower thier goals due to smoke?!? I am in the midst of the fires...and as tough as it has been I am getting my runs, bikes and swims in....hoping that you do not lower goals for this...as there are ways around it! like drainers, indoor tracks....just sounds to me like an easy way out!! DONT DO IT DEE! GET THAT CATTLE PROD OUT, INSTEAD!

Come on... I even was able to get my swims in with ten days of no swim due to an unexpected surgery and stitches.

oh!! and i DID get in the lake for about 20 minutes today!! ohmygosh-itwassocoldialmostdied!!!! i only lasted 20 minutes, but there were TONS of people out there today. it was SO hot here!! it was lovely out, but the water is SNOW MELT!!! it's freaking ALMOST FROZEN!!! LOL BUT THAT TAKES ME OVER 110% IN EVERYTHING!!! YAHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

This has been the weirdest month for me!!! not sure what is going on!? probably has to do with PMS'ing! now I see why my dad used to tell us to stay away from mom today...she is not herself! oh my gosh!! so much! that macaroon recipe was so easy i think it might ACTUALLY be somehow cheating. i have a pound cake recipe that i LOVE. i have biscotti, ANY kind of cookie you can think of, i tried one called spritz that my mom used to make with HER mom when she was a kid. very easy, very yumm yumm. shortbread is always easy and yum. i used to have a recipe for this lemon cake that was to DIE for, but i'm not sure where i put it, and of course the old stand by the "better than sex chocolate cake" no kidding. it really is. lemme know what you're looking for, or you can call me i'm home all day.

i might have to call my mom for that one (the better than sex one) as for some reason it's gone to the same place as the lemon cake recipe in the land of lost recipes. but in my hunt for it, i've found ANOTHER insane chocolate cake recipe, which although i can't GAURENTEE that it's actually 'better than sex' it's pretty dang close, i'll send it to you in pm again, since i'm not sure all our fellas on here want recipes. i'll get my other recipes out too.

Swim: 16350 meters = 109% but will be 110% tomorrow!

Yeah, I started a weight loss competition for the month of June in the Tri'ing for weighloss area. So far MY TEAM (sorry Jimmy....) is winning that too! Although Jimmy's team has done tremendously well - particularly this last week - so it might be close!

I just got back from the pool with my kiddos. I did 500 yards even though I didn't need to for this competition...adult swim time, ya know. Anyone want to borrow my yards? tee hee!
