I'm already a couple minutes over my goal in running, and a couple hours over my goal in swimming. We WILL win this challenge Great job Amy!!! 32 minute bike ride is a breeze! You'll be done before you know it. I offically reached all my goals, as of now! I extended my bike ride 15 mins, ending up with a 47 minute bike ride. I am now offically over 100% in all my goals! P.S. I am doing a swim tonight, but won't be able to record it untill tomorrow morning. Will it still count toward my totals? |

I will be leaving in the morning and will not be around a computer for two weeks....I will make sure to update my blog/spreadsheet....and will be there in spirit when we HOPEFULLY win this thing! Make sure that if you are training to update! Someone needs to get in touch with Steve (reno)....Tracy can you PM him and tell him to make sure to call you if he can not log in! He has been having computer issues and has been going to the library to update. I used to have his phone number from a past challenge when I tried to help him with his computer issues....sounds like I helped him alright! anyways...we need to make sure that he updates his numbers! THANKS! and GO TNT!!!! Computer at the library won't let me access the Google Spreadsheets....dang it. Anyway here are my updated numbers if someone (thanks Julie) could post them for me. I am going to try and get in a swim this afternoon and that will put me at 100% for the month. If I get it in I will contact someone about posting. Sorry to have been a hermit this month but it hasn't been a good one (except for my first race) and sometimes life just get's in the way.
My toll free number for anyone that is having problems logging in today/tonight is: 866.440.4543. I can post that here since it's my business number. But don't be calling me bugging me while I'm at work! |

Will it still count toward my totals? Yes! You have until midnight (your local time) on Tuesday July 1st to update the spreadsheet. This gives everyone an opportunity to get a workout done tonight, and log it tomorrow. I'll pull the spreadsheet data on Wednesday morning, and compile the results. |

Master 2339 somewhere over the rainbow | Subject: RE: Totally Nutty Triathletes (TNT) julie, will miss you next month, but have fun in colorado. i jumped out of next months challenge because there STILL is no new bike, and it kind of sucked all the motivation out of it for me. total cop out i know, but whatever. (i still have kind of a crappy attitude about the whole bike situation, so i won't go in to it, just know that i'm TRYING to NOT have a crappy attitude, it's mostly not working, but at least i'm TRYING!! LOL) i challenged tracy (dcrunningdiva) to maybe a private challenge just to see who could run the most miles in july, and if there's anyone else on here wants to maybe jump in?? (if you're the 80 miles a week person, i DON'T mean you--sorry to be exclusive!! LOL) i'd LOVE to be a 20 miles a week chick, but i've never gotten there, maybe i'll make THAT my july goal. anyway, what are the rest of you doing in july?? TDF challenge?? taking time off?? racing?? we totally ROCKED this challenge, so great job EVERYONE!! (even the ones who dropped out, just because your life got crazy doesn't take you out of the TEAM, just out of the challenge!!) |

I dunno what I'm doing in July Lyssa. I am afraid to ride my bike at the moment. I am thinking of a weight challenge. I just can't seem to shift it. Of course eating candy doesn't help now does it? If you are doing a wee challenge with tracy I might be interested in that Let me know.
I hope you get your bike soon. |

I hope you get your bike soon. Who are your new friends? Huh? Who? Who???? BTW, I'd be interested in another WEIGHT challenge...I only lost 4 lbs this month...my goal was 10. I'd like to lose 20 by my Oly in Sept ('cause it's gonna be fast and I'll probably be the only fat chick out there!). So, 20 by Sept means 1.5 - 2 lbs/week which is totally do-able. However, I've been saying my weight loss goals are totally do-able for years now....UGH! |
