Good morning Niblets!

This is the saddest dog ever. "Greta in the box.

I'm going to be lying on a floatie watching fireworks on July 4th in Greta's pool.

With a pool like that, why is Greta the saddest dog ever? Greta is a cute little doggie. And that pool looks realllllllly inviting.

x2!

Thanks Kendra it - it went fantastically... in fact so well both the my manager and boss were joking the sales director would probably offer me a job

I think a lot of us can relate to that one... We're (hubby and I) are actually considering forking out the money to have someone recreate our backyard b/c we don't have the time, energy, or ability with two little ones to do it.

I seem think though that with patience the good time management, the time will start to appear somewhere (if not, at retirement - crossing fingers)

And I dont even had a family! I really admire people who do it... Im guessing you have to be very good at organisation?

I guess if someone does the heavy lifting for your backyard you cna still have a say on the design and get what you want... if you are working hard and avle to get someone to do the heavy lifting part of the job I dont think there is anything wrong with that!

Oh and Im thinking of running hte challenge like this:

1) You commit to the number of stages (minimum 15 minutes) AND...

2) You commit to either a distance or time goal as well

Each goal counts for 50% of your overall achievement for the month... any thoughts?

I didn't sticky it. (I was waiting for the "official announcement.")

Maybe Beth did?

I added a final reply to the thread -- and then froze it.

If my final reply isn't ok, let me know. We can modify it, and then refreeze the thread.

OK, it looks like last year, you only did stages? Is that right?

Yes, I think having both a number of stages and an overall time/distance goal is nice. (Otherwise, everyone could just ride 15 min each day, and hit 100% -- even though they may not have really challenged themselves.)

Are you going to have a penalty for the losing teams? Or reward for the winning team(s)?

(I still like the Lanterne Rouge idea! LOL)
