Yeah, NYers order a lot of takeout and eat out a lot. I actually get sick of it after awhile so I can't do it all the time, but there are some decent cheap options. Lunch is way overpriced but it's one of those things you're kind of stuck with. I used to cook a lot but then I started working way too late and that ended!

Insane! I have a massive deadline and actually had to get on the phone at home with a client at 8 so I was trapped there until noon, I literally just got to the office, had lunch and started the rest of my day. I need to leave on time to see my apartment!

So intrigued, but won't invade your privacy...but my sense is that like a carbon footprint, you could make a donation to a cause that you support in the amount of the race fee and then really kick a$$ in the race since you paid double to be there.  Plus you get the joy of stomping those ethical heathens that support the race's cause.

I live in the city (Chicago) and I really don't eat out a lot.  I think people who live downtown probably eat out more because of the proximity to all the restaurants.   I know my brother who lives in NYC (Chelsea) eats out a lot.  There are plenty of cheap eats around me, especially the bars.

But it is a great airport.   Like a mall with a casino plus a first rate clinic.  My wife (GF then) got a UTI and they had a lab and pharmacy on site.  So if you are sick that airport rocks!

Love chicago, actually have only been there once and it was just for the day.  We took the train over and went to the peir and childrens museum.  We had a blast.  Would love to have an adult weekend over there soon!!!!

That airport is frickin HUGE!!!!!!!!!  By far largest airport I've been in.  Your right has everything!!

I think I use the faces too much, need to start cutting back.
