Rudedog55 - 2008-11-06 12:47 PM just so you all know, i think this team is awesome and i lof the way you all interact with each other and us, it makes for a fun challenge.  Thank you all!!!

Rudy!  That calls for a big

{{{{{{{{MELON PRESS!!!!}}}}}}}}}}

Rudy **hearts** all melon presses, Big and small!!  Thanx

Who's melons are you calling small?

That would be either olive or grape presses then.

I'd like to think I have oranges at least

do I hear grapefruits?

I had grapefruits until I took up triathlon. All that training has turned them into oranges. I'm likely on my way to lemons soon

When life gives you lemons.........mixum' up with a big ol bottle of Capn' Morgan and Coke

dooooohhhhhh I HAVE TO EDIT FOR bOTTAMGE  and i missed the toppage, damn work

Mmmmm. Capn' and Coke. I could go for a drinkity drink right now.

Beam and Coke here.  SIL does Diet Pepsi - BLECH!  That's just so wrong.

I'm a Maker's Mark girl. I tend to drink it on the rocks, but Maker's and Coke is super yummy if you're in the mood for sweet.

If you want to compress your ankles, you may want to get some socks for wearing at home. I have a pair from Sugoi called R&R (race and recovery) that you can run in and wear around the house. I ran 18 or 20 miles in them and they were ok, but I prefer to run in the calf sleeves so I can wear whatever socks on my feet.

They go by calf size and the web sites have charts. The socks fit more comfortably because they are flexible, where the sleeves can dig if they aren't the right size.

Can't recommend them enough! Oh, I also have the 2XU recovery socks. I *heart* 2XU. Their stuff is amazing.

I feel that way before every workout but then I start and I'm happy. That said, I'm dreading running tonight. Ugh.

Hmmm well I wanted the calf guards for training in (I dont think I want the full socks for running), so I guess the socks would be for after training... I have massive calves and no measuring tape... this should be interesting!
