Yahoo, then it's 3300 kids in youth b-ball (translation- 6600 parents who think their kid is going to college on an athletic scholarship) Gotta get, so I can be back here for my run at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Elite 4148 Utah | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! Beth, Thanks for the summary back on page 53 or other. Lately by the time I read all the posts, it's time for me to get going again, no time for my 2 cents. Though following earlier in the day seemed a little interesting. Sorry, it seems that I dragged some people into this challenge, but we never hear from them. Just to let you guys know... Legrand has been keeping up on her swimming, that chic is a fish (I'll have to check her dry erase board to see how far she's gone) The bike is what she dreads. I believe she's on vacation next week. Givemashot (Amy) Has been steady with her workouts, but I haven't even seen her goals to know where she's at. We'll be working out in the am. Good Night Y'all! |

Unfortunately, it's freezing outside! So.... bonne nuit à tous. Bonne nuit mon ami (Im sure I spelt that all wrong - school girl french was all about the oral for me) Hehe, that's why they invented Babelfish. I thought about saying it in Italian. (Maybe tomorrow.) I'm pretty sure I'm an amie though. Just tried Atlantia's barefoot run approach. (I did it on the treadmill.) Interesting - I definitely ran differently! Just HAD to sign back on to log it. LOL Edited by D001 2007-11-08 12:25 AM |

Hey, if they're working out, that's what matters. Amy (givemashot) PM'd her goals to me: 24 miles run (any pace) and 5 weight sessions. I added her goals to the team spreadsheet. They're also posted on Google Spreadsheets here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=puhAA5NRKHA3l_GNYwG3Qdg&gid=... (Click the Team6 tab) I did send a bunch of inspires tonight, so I saw that people are working out. |

Unfortunately, it's freezing outside! So.... bonne nuit à tous. Bonne nuit mon ami (Im sure I spelt that all wrong - school girl french was all about the oral for me) YOU should google barefoot running too... if you are seriously going to use it as a training tool. The basic practice is that it is something you have to gently ease your feet into so you might start with barefoot walking... then maybe 10 - 20 minutes running barefoot a couple of times a week and gradullay reduce your reliance on shoes... especially if you wear very supportive shoes... Also remember you may not be 100% biomechanically correct naturally so at any sign of pain or discomfort stop! There is a whole lot around on this subject but thats my overview! |

I will coax full-leg shots out of him, you wait and see. (These were taken for a different purpose ... why, to show off a race number, of course!!!)
