I'm about to go scrounge up some lunch and watch the DVR. Not well it jeot cutting out and the streaming was crap... i made do mostly with the audio... would NEVER agree to such a situation for a mountain stage... WHICH STARTS TONIGHT!!!! If Cadel somehow holds on to yellow tonight i will be invcredibly impressed! you have a big ride on tap tomorrow, right? what time are you taking off? |

I honestly think Cadel has it in the bag unless he does something out of the ordinary and cracks. I mean, last year, if Contador didn't come out of nowhere, he and Levi would have had one of the greatest showdowns EVER to finish a tour. Levi is so calm but such a great rider, and Cadel took it to him. He's good, and I say he's going to win this thing. Jinxing Cadel? Can't be done. The man is on form and has been living for this moment. It's tough to cheer against him, because I really want Vande Velde to do well. In reality though, Vande Velde is not the class of a Tour winner. Cadel is, and he seems like a really humble guy, too. So Allez Cadel! and Allez Christian! And by all reports the French like Cadel.. so they wont mind him winning! |

Love the s&p shakers, Jen! Very cute. Cat -hope you figured out how to watch in bed...I watched some coverage this morning over breakfast, but then hit the bike myself before it got too steamy here. (Shhh. Don't tell me anything - I'll watch the replays.) Ready for tomorrow, Judi? Is there a little BT meet & greet going to happen? I think there's like 15 of us racing - I know Nicole (mdhillslug) and you, but I don't think I know anyone else on sight. I'll post up my # after I get my packet. Susan (sk2a2005) and Chrissy (wurkit_gurl) are staying at my house tonight. CrazyAuntCarrie is staying at her grandmother's house in Richmond. I know Susan from Lady Patriot and Dismal Swamp Stomp. I'll meet Chrissy when she arrives here, we were together last summer fr TdF. Carrie knows Susan so it's one of those things where everyone knows someone who knows someone else.. I'm 394. See you tomorrow! Good luck everyone! |

I havent got out of bed yet (its 1pm) so I havent seen any news reports or the paper yet today..
