Hit my goal and went over by 17 mins and 30 seconds. Thanks for all the support despite my disappearing act for a few weeks.

Yep, quite a delightful photo isn't it?  I might actually like it better than the fat guy in the cycling outfit that pops up every so often.

My belly, on the other hand, is sad about its own slow demise.  I'm down nearly 40 lbs since the beginning of the year.  I hope to drop 100 this year, and around 120-140 total from where I started this time. (297)  I went to a Body Combat® (it's like Tae Bo, but the Les Mills version for those that don't know) and was easily doing pushups at the end of class.  The last time I did a Combat class back in late Jan/early Feb, I struggled mightily to do more than 1.  Now, with NO strength training, I was able to keep up through the whole time, after doing planks.  It's amazing how much lighter your body feels when you take 37 lbs off of it.  I can't imagine how much better I'll feel under 200.  I haven't been at that weight since I was 14.

Wow, the month's over already!  Sorry I've been absent for awhile.  Work's been busy and we've been in the middle of redoing our bedroom which had to get done before I got to play on the forums.  (Because I can only sleep on the couch for so long.)

I did get to my super-powered running goal (I think I actually went over).  I will update the spreadsheet tonight.

It's been a great month.  I'm so glad I got to hang out with all of you.
