They infuse magic... I've got to figure out my own marathon lead up training...its going to be tight because of my injury setback (thanks greater trochanter pain syndrome) but I'm sure I'll figure something out...maybe I'll look at it now because I'm a bit to pumped up to try and go for a nap...and I don't want to go for a ride just yet. |

So of course I had to go out for a run this morning and survey the damage. Tons of trees down, grills tossed across yards, fences blown down. There was even a trampoline lying in the middle of a field. 2 big trees were down along the running trail too. I was able to crawl over one but the other one was too big. Crazy stuff! Heading out for a ride in a bit. |

Are you replacing fluids and electrolytes??? I only did 8 miles yesterday but I needed salt at around mile 6 because it was so hot and humid and I was just carrying a couple small bottles of water. Fortunately there was a deli that I could duck into and get more water and a couple salt packets. So, my guess is electrolytes or you are thinking too much while running. |

I think the grill tossing may have been attributable to some local frat parties though. |

If anyone has a recommendation of something entertaining and of any socially redeeming value, please share. Yes^^^ Millionaire Matchmaker...haha...I think it is amazing. Haha. Right now I'm watching something called "Rich Bride, Poor Bride"...haha...I've never made it through a Real Housewives show...any version. Sometimes I watch "Untold Stories of the ER"...other medically related documentary shows...crime shows...I'm not really a fan of medical dramas...except Scrubs--because it is hilarious. Grey's-meh...I've started more watching series as they come out on DVD so I can watch them when I want to watch them. I've heard True Bloods is good. |
