It's too late to run now. I have to clean my apartment so I guess today is a wash. I have 4 points already so does that mean I can still get 5 or 6 if I get in my workouts tomorrow and Saturday? I'm concerned because this week had an extra day (Nov 1). According to the spreadsheet the week ends on 11/8. I would suspect if you workout on Fri. and Sat., that's 2 points, and thus totaling 6 pts. TRAVIS - YOU MAKE THE CALL! Ok, I should be fine. Even if Saturday wasn't factored, I'll still have 5 for the Sunday to Saturday week. I'm swimming and running tomorrow, plus PT if I have the time, and I'm swimming on Saturday. Yay! Im confused... then again I havent updated the spreadsheet at all either... Ive worked out Sun-Thur which Im assuming is 5 points... and then I will workout again Sat - Thur again next week I hope!

His weeks end on the Saturday of each week, so since the BT calendar tracks us from Sunday to Saturday, that's a week. I was confused because where does that leave November 1, which was last Saturday? Since the reporting date for Week 1 is the 8th, I think I'll be fine. If not, I'll have to go for the bonus. There is no way in he!! I'm working out when I get home at 9:15pm. I may be forced to have an alcoholic beverage at this point! |

It makes me long to go to a triathlon and look at all those smooth shaven bodies. I usually get awkward breast strokers jump in the lane with me just as Im getting into my rhythm... Or freestylers who just shouldnt... and both kinds 90% of the time will hit the wall right infront of me and push off to go again... meaning I spend lap after lap in frustration... The only positive is that swimming late last night the pool was REALLY quiet... the outdoor pool had only 2-3 people per lane in some lanes and only 1 person in a couple of lanes so it was just so much more pleasant.

Well I have an incredibly unflattering gray swimsuit which is probably starting to get a bit big... coupled with a slow arm turnover swim stroke so i think people look in that water and go surely an elephant cant swim that fast |

My first thought was "sweet jesus, the place better not be on fire because I need a drink." Then I go in and while I'm waiting to pay, 3 gorgeous firemen came in to find out about shutting off the water. Is it a required to be hot to join the fire department? So I got a nice serving of eye candy to go with my wine |
