LazyMarathoner - 2008-11-06 7:19 PM Why the F am I still at work???? It's too late to run now. I have to clean my apartment so I guess today is a wash. I have 4 points already so does that mean I can still get 5 or 6 if I get in my workouts tomorrow and Saturday? I'm concerned because this week had an extra day (Nov 1).

According to the spreadsheet the week ends on 11/8.  I would suspect if you workout on Fri. and Sat., that's 2 points, and thus totaling 6 pts.

TRAVIS - YOU MAKE THE CALL!

Ok, I should be fine. Even if Saturday wasn't factored, I'll still have 5 for the Sunday to Saturday week. I'm swimming and running tomorrow, plus PT if I have the time, and I'm swimming on Saturday. Yay!

Im confused... then again I havent updated the spreadsheet at all either... Ive worked out Sun-Thur which Im assuming is 5 points... and then I will workout again Sat - Thur again next week I hope!

I shared a lane with two different pace booties.

I always get the pleasure of sharing with some guy who could rival King Kong when it comes to body hair. FOR GODS SAKE GUYS, SHAVE THAT SH*T OFF!!!! It makes me long to go to a triathlon and look at all those smooth shaven bodies.

That is just gross.  *barf*

His weeks end on the Saturday of each week, so since the BT calendar tracks us from Sunday to Saturday, that's a week. I was confused because where does that leave November 1, which was last Saturday? Since the reporting date for Week 1 is the 8th, I think I'll be fine. If not, I'll have to go for the bonus. There is no way in he!! I'm working out when I get home at 9:15pm. I may be forced to have an alcoholic beverage at this point!

I usually get awkward breast strokers jump in the lane with me just as Im getting into my rhythm...

Or freestylers who just shouldnt... and both kinds 90% of the time will hit the wall right infront of me and push off to go again... meaning I spend lap after lap in frustration...

The only positive is that swimming late last night the pool was REALLY quiet... the outdoor pool had only 2-3 people per lane in some lanes and only 1 person in a couple of lanes so it was just so much more pleasant.

I have a weird feeling that, even though I'm not "built", being tall may put some intimidation in people.  I don't have any of those issues when I swim.  I'm lucky.

Well I have an incredibly unflattering gray swimsuit which is probably starting to get a bit big... coupled with a slow arm turnover swim stroke so i think people look in that water and go surely an elephant cant swim that fast

Perhaps and OH&S issue? Although we all have cords in the same place and I seem to be the only one that keeps doing it...

Ladies, I just stopped at the friendly neighborhood wine shop and as I approached, I noticed a fire truck out front. My first thought was "sweet jesus, the place better not be on fire because I need a drink." Then I go in and while I'm waiting to pay, 3 gorgeous firemen came in to find out about shutting off the water. Is it a required to be hot to join the fire department? So I got a nice serving of eye candy to go with my wine

Maybe its just that men look hotter in uniform... you should get them out of their uniforms and then pass judgement...
