If I don't show up, I don't get paid (sometimes that happens when I do show up). So I have freedom (and seniority) to say, "No. I'm not working that shift. If you don't like it, here is my resignation." Of course, I'm far too nice most of the time. But when things go bad, I feel so good thinking that I could just quit at any time I think Walmart is hiring....  I just saw this - Niiice! |
